At Southend Auto Care, we feel that the most important asset of our business is our employees and their ability to satisfy our customers’ automotive service and repair needs. We work hard to provide an enjoyable working and want their number one focus to be on fixing our customers’ vehicles, taking the time that is needed to do the job right, the first time.
In addition, our knowledgeable and friendly service advisors are always ready and quick to help our customers. It is a team effort, and we appreciate the contribution made by each member of our staff.
Meet The Team
Mark Hanson, Founder
Mark first started Southend Auto Care out of his home garage in July 1987. Within two years, the demand for his auto repair and maintenance services had grown to the point that Mark moved his business to his first commercial location and hired his first technician to help meet the demands.
Over the years, the business continued to grow as Mark added more technicians and service advisors. He built a new shop and moved the business to the present location in September 2004. Mark has been an ASE Certified Master Technician for most of his 30 plus years in the automotive industry. During his off time, Mark enjoys spending time with this family and endurance road bicycling.
Service Manager
has been involved in the auto repair business for over 20 years. Outside of the shop, he enjoys spending time with his family, and is motorcycle and fishing enthusiast.
