Sam & his team made this so easy for me. My car was needed because of work & family. Their online system is Awesome to accept or deny the work breaking down each results found that needed to be fixed or needed attention. They even gave me a FREE loaner. He worked with me as I gathered my money to pay it off & did not charge me for storage but they worked fast the moment I checked the accept, he ordered the parts, came in the next day and boom my car was done. Yesterday they even called me to see how things are going, what auto shop does that? They are So Amazing. My son's car broke down needing a alternator, had it towed their in the early morning and it was done before end of business day the same day. Plus they have a 2 year or 24k warranty on all they do on your cars. I already referred them to my family and coworkers. Thank You Guys for such a Great Experience and Your Honest Hard Work. I am grateful to the repair team at Southend Auto Care… I love these guys because they are always ultra professional. They have inspected and repaired vehicles before my family & I have traveled by road to the east coast. I have had some big repair challenges in the past where costs could soar if mistakes are made and these guys have always got it perfect. Last week they performed a vehicle inspection for a used car I was buying from a nearby dealership and they found some critical issues, presented to me in a very organized inspection report. Some of the issues, like 100% failed motor mounts, could possibly have been life saving discoveries. I ended up buying the vehicle at a new negotiated price and Southend Auto Care performed the repairs, tuned it up (sounds, feels & drives like a new car) for less than the formal report quote. I am 61 years old and I can confidently say these guys, Mark the owner, Sam the manager and entire repair team are the best auto mechanic repair shop I have ever met and best in every way that matters.

I've always hoped to find an honest and reliable auto shop, and I finally have. You can really trust them! They do an amazing job! I've been coming here for the last 5 years. When I needed, they provided a free loaner car. Best of all, when another place tried to price gouge my son. I called these guys. They were able to tell me over the phone what was wrong and fixed it for an incredibly fair price. I don't write reviews unless they're truly deserved, and this one absolutely is.
