Dealer wanted well over $1,000 for “deferred maintenance” and Southend Auto Care (honestly) said it wasn’t necessary. They even rushed the service so I could make it to my doctors appointment. Will be back at the next service interval.

I have been coming to Southend Auto Care for a number of years. I first discovered them while working at a local non-profit food bank, they did a great job of keeping our food vans up and running at a reasonable and fair price. I now also use them for my own vehicles. We all hope for "that car repair" company we can stick with for life, I've found it at Southend Auto. I've used the big name stores and the various auto dealerships, they just don't compare to the superior level of service, friendliness and competitive pricing. Just recently my car was pulling hard left, I went to a big box tire store twice and a local dealer once, none of them solved the issue and I was out $500.00. One visit to Southend and they found the problem the first time and because of that I was able to utilize a tire warranty and fixed the whole problem and it ended up only costing $40.00 under warranty. Great communication , fair pricing, superior service all done in a manner of customer service that just does not seem to exist in many places, well done Southend Auto! Both Mark and Sam make it happen, along with their service technicians. No one likes to spend money fixing their car, but these folks make it a positive experience.

My father has done work with these guys over the years. Now that he has passed and my mom is on a fixed income, they have been nothing but understanding and polite when she has had car troubles. I have worked with them on my company vehicle, and regardless of the issue, they diagnose and complete every job in a very timely manner. In a world where you cant trust anyone.. South End Auto has proven time and time again, that they have the utmost integrity when is comes to their business practices. Cant say enough about how honest and respectable they are.

Best customer service and very competitive pricing.

My 2015 Jetta had a electrical problem. Southend mechanics were able to find the problem and fix it in a day. Car is running good no complaints. This is my second time using Southend. My experience with them has been good. Good customer service, reliable work, informative, no pressure and reasonable pricing. I will use your shop again.

Great shop! I finally found a shop that knows my ancient Lexus convertible! Loaner cars available without charge. Great staff, personal approach. Very competitively priced. Other shops didn't know how to put my car back together after repairs. Southend Auto techs have great Lexus knowledge.

Having moved here about 2 years ago from an area with a mechanic and I knew and trusted, I was uneasy knowing I would have to go through process again of finding a mechanic. That being said - I've been bringing my Honda to Southend Auto Care since then and I have only had excellent experiences each time with Mark and his team. They are communicative, are able to answer any questions on car maintenance and billing, and are transparent in the various options and prices they provide. All of the staff I have worked with have been personable and enjoyable to speak with. Thank you all for your great service and I look forward to continuing to bring my car to you all.

I had what I thought was an oil leak for my old 2001 Camry. Turns out it was transmission and power steering leaks. SEAC took care of the leaks and even got rid of the humming sound of the engine. Services were done in a few days(turned it in on a Friday). Engine runs great and leaks are gone! Owner Mark and staff are very friendly and know their stuff especially with older cars that last forever. Thank you SEAC!!

TRUST! - often not easy to find in the auto repair process; I am older & now have to rely of others to do what I was once able to do mySelf. From the moment I spoke on the phone - till the moment I drove off the lot - I knew what they found & thier recommendations were clear. Thier prices are very fair (it just costs more now that I can't do it myself & import costs on parts are passed on to shops) - they didn't even charge for the extra questions (grin). I'm going to trust them w/ all my vehicles from now on - I think u can too.
