This is a great shop! I've taken my vehicle here a couple of times now and Tom has always been friendly and helpful. I've received accurate estimates and the service has been top-notch. You know how some auto service places put paper protectors on the floor of your vehicle and then leave them for you to dispose of the greasy mess? Not this place! Instead they vacuum, like at a dealership! Mark (the owner) has reached out to me after every service and asked how it was. I have already recommended Southend Auto Care and would do so again in a heartbeat. Did I mention they have a AAA discount on service? Awesome. Thanks guys!

Sam and his team are quick to respond and resolve issues. They recently fixed a sunroof leak to my relief. I have been going to Southend for years and trust their honesty and integrity. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

So pleased to find Southend Auto Care after much frustration with car dealer service where I purchased a new car 8 yrs ago. In recent years it has been impossible to have car issues or regular maintenance appts done sooner than a month out. More often than not it's longer than that. For the past 6 months left blinker continued to go out with 2 or 3 bulb replacements. It doesn't sound like a big deal but it's dangerous to drive without a blinker working especially in traffic and considering the road rage crazies. Out of frustration I did a search, read reviews and called Southend Auto in Milton. Young man I spoke to was very understanding and offered me an appt within two days. Problem was resolved along with a tire that leaked air for a few months. It was easy for them to see my car service history which helps with maintenance services. The staff are attentive and personable. Didn't feel like I was on an assembly line like so many businesses these days. I even got a call from the owner to see if service was successful. I almost forgot. They also offer a shuttle service! Had never heard of that with any car service!

Going to repair shops can be daunting. I never have that experience at Southend Auto. The staff and manager are above the rest and I truly am grateful to know they exist and am happy with all the work they do. Their customer service is top tier. Thank you Southend Auto care 🙏🏽

If i could give more than 5 stars i would, these guys are amazing ! This is my second go around with my car needing word done , and i wouldn't trust anyone else to work on my car. Sam & Blaine are truly heavent sent with always answering any questions i have, and just walking me through the process of what needs to get done.

Used to come here when we lived in Federal Way and forgot how good they are! Completed the job a day earlier than expected and even replaced a couple of bulbs that were out for no extra charge.

Always thorough, honest, and expert!!
