After numerous problems came up since taking my truck to another place (long story, but they are not in business anymore), My engine had blown and had to be replaced. Southend Auto Care is undeniably the best place I have taken my truck to in many years. While other places have balked at working on my F-150 Ecoboost, the guys here are very competent experts in the auto field. They care enough to require a 1000 mile follow up. I highly recommend this shop.

Great customer service. I was surprised how thorough they were when looking over the vehicle and was impressed but all the pictures and details they provided. Every employee I interacted with was friendly and from how other customers interacted with them they know their customers for real and it’s not just a car driving in with a price tag. Definitely will be bring both my vehicles to them again if something unfortunate happens.

Sam is great! He was able to get my issue fixed swiftly and kept in touch with updates and when the parts needed would arrive. Definitely will come back for future needs on my Diesel-Engine Chevy Cruze. Price for repairs was also excellent compared to competitors
