Read the reviews on South Sound Auto, stopped in to see if they could help. It was perfect they knew what the car needed and more. They brought a 37 year old garage queen back to life as a daily driver for my son. They basically went through the entire car from front to back. When done I looked closely at the work performed and being somewhat of a perfectionist I was pleased with their work. The bottom line, I trusted them with a 37 year old car and they came through.

These folks do excellent work. The steering column on my Kia Soul was pretty much destroyed when someone stole my car. Southend Auto Care worked with my insurance company, and with Kia for the replacement parts, to make sure everything was taken care of, and my car was back to me as soon as humanly possible. I will be recommending Southend Auto Care to everyone I know that needs quality repair work done on their vehicles.

Great service, I went here to fix my car problem and they fixed it very quickly. I love the way they update me from time to time to know what's going on with my car. It was a good experience. They also assure me if ever the problem comes back just bring it to them and they will fix it with a 20k mile warranty. BTW the owner is awesome, a few days later after the repair was done, he checked on me to see hows the car doing. Wow, this owner loves his business and he wants to make sure that his customers are satisfied with their service. I will recommend this to everyone…

I dont like finding a mechanic but these guys have been so good to me and my car. Sam and his team has always been honest and up front with trying to get me the help I needed to fix the repairs on my car, and if my car warranty was able to cover what was needed, they never withheld that type of info back. I paid out of pocket for my catalytic converter to be replaced because it wasnt covered but when I took it back in for axle, and the vibration of the steering wheel, I was able to get that covered and saved $3K in repairs and labor. I Cant recommend them enough especially living near Graham, I go to these guys because I only trust them.

When my car started overheating I was nervous to take it to a new shop in a completely different state. South end auto care helped ease my worries. I ended up having to get my cooling system replaced which is a difficult task in a bmw. When I picked up my car they even showed me the piece that broke and we’re super transparent about the Whole process. I had amazing service and the got my car back to me super quickly, and have now found my mechanic of choice! I’ll be coming back for all my car needs. I can’t thank the guys enough.
