I rarely gave a review but this shop deserve a 5 star review. Not only Southend Auto care gave me a peace of mind finding where the noise is actually coming from which I had thought is from the blower motor but turns out a clogged cabin air filter. Also replaced old Transmission fluid, and replaced the old spark plugs, and did a full inspection of the vehicle and diagnostic. Last oil change and filter. now The ND1 Miata runs smoothly and sharp. Thank you so much G’s for servicing My ND1 Miata and I will be back for more future service.

Needed a spark plug/helicoil repair, new coil, and some recommended maintenance. Sam at Southend Auto got me on the road in a day and a half. Quick turnaround, clean facility, very professional staff. Would recommend this shop for auto repairs.

Southend Auto Care is the place to go for automotive repairs! We had a warranty repair that needed to be taken care of, and they handled EVERYTHING, start to finish. They offer timely service and quality work. If available, they even have a few loaner cars if your required service will be a long one.

Best place to go to fix your car. Was very happy with the service and repairs. Car has never felt better while driving. I we send all my vehicles here for maintenance.

I had the unfortunate incident with my car breaking down. It was towed to this amazing facility based on my insurance company's recommendation. My interactions with Mark and Sam were very impressive. They always communicated with me about the progress of my repairs. It was not running on Monday and today (Friday) I have it back. I highly recommend this shop for all your automotive needs! My Chrysler 200 is happy and on the road again just in time for the holidays! Thanks guys.

Awesome shop and people. Had my mom's van at buckys for 3 days they couldn't figure out what's wrong. Paid their diagnostic fee of course. Took it to these guys they found the problem, fixed it, and got my mom's van back to her the very next day. My whole family takes their car here now. Trevor's the man!🍻💯

I just left a review but I wanted to add the personal review to my original one. I took my Jeep in there with a few issues my warranty company needed this and that and this some more lol My car was there for over 100 days thanks to the UAW strike waiting on my differential, ughh Sam fought the fight and went the distance to get it done!! We waited 3 months for a differential but thankfully we finally got it and Sam and Trevor made the magic happen and I got my car back before Christmas!! These guys are truly the best they know what they are doing and they do the job right!! I won't trust my Jeep anyone else!! They are AMAZING!!!
