My 2004 Ford pick up was recently stolen and dropped at southend auto as they stole another vehicle from their lot. I received a call from the owner Mark telling me they had recovered my vehicle. He was so accommodating and professional when he could have easily been bitter and annoyed by his own problem. Instead he treated me fairly, was able to repair my vehicle before the weekend and get me back on the road. This is one of the best experiences I've ever had at any auto shop, dealership or any business for that matter. I would highly highly recommend this business to anyone

We have been going to Southend Auto for a few years now. From oil changes to brakes. Always friendly and reliable! They even offer loaner cars, a life saver.

I had taken my car in for an oil change and an additional part that needed to be replaced. They found other issues Including transmission mounts that were sagging, that needed work on. A quote for everything was emailed quickly. Caleb was able to give a really fair price after working with the vendor. AND they had my car done by the next day with everything finished! Mark and Sam are always a pleasure to work with as well. Very much a thorough finish no hassal job! I recommend Southend Auto Care to anyone and everyone! Absolute Great Job Guys! They always go above and beyond. I couldn't find a ride home, they called an Uber for me. Sam is so accommodating and helpful! Have been coming here for 20 years, it will be 20 more for sure! Repairs are always guaranteed and done in a timely manner with no surprise costs tacked on later. Always fair and above reproach in their business dealings.
