Going to repair shops can be daunting. I never have that experience at Southend Auto. The staff and manager are above the rest and I truly am grateful to know they exist and am happy with all the work they do. Their customer service is top tier. Thank you Southend Auto care 🙏🏽

If i could give more than 5 stars i would, these guys are amazing ! This is my second go around with my car needing word done , and i wouldn't trust anyone else to work on my car. Sam & Blaine are truly heavent sent with always answering any questions i have, and just walking me through the process of what needs to get done.

Used to come here when we lived in Federal Way and forgot how good they are! Completed the job a day earlier than expected and even replaced a couple of bulbs that were out for no extra charge.

Their customer service and their work is way above reproach. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

Great experience from the moment I walked in the door. Had a diagnostic done told me what the problem was did the work and got my car back to me in a day and a half. Even called to check on how things were going a few days after. Would highly recommend them if you are looking to get your car fixed.

Work to be done tomorrow, but I cannot thank Sam and his team enough for spending hours on the phone dealing with a very stubborn warranty company, getting them to approve a very much covered service . They really want to put the shop and the customer through so much ridiculous red tape, I'm so happy Sam is knowledgeable about warranties and how to use correct verbage to get the right results. thank you so much !

This place is Amazing! Worked with Sam who was friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. Most importantly I trust this place! They have rental cars if you need one! Mark checked back with me after the job via text and phone. They came as a referral to me and I will be doing the same!!! Trustworthy auto care is hard to find been taken a few times.
