I brought my new to me 1997 4Runner in for an over due timing belt service. I didn’t know the vehicle maintenance history, so they did a full inspection free of charge and ultimately found cracked brake lines. Didn’t over charge or upswell anything. They did the Timing belt, oil change and brake lines all in one business day, as well as provide a loaner free of charge. They gave me a competitive and fair price. And continue to follow to ensure things are good and well. I’ll be going back for any further services.

I took in my 2005 Chevy equinox for a transmission fluid change,and they used there very expensive machine to clean out the old fluid and put in the new..all at a very reasonable price..then the very professional mechanics gave my ride a through inspection,and tune up..my ride is now running top shape,and all at a very reasonable price..I'll be bringing it back in to replace a leaking engine coolant problem..if you want honest, professional mechanics to work on your ride, bring it on in to southend auto care..the owner mark,is a very good honest man.

On a recent cross country trip by myself, I started having car issues. As soon as I walked into Southend Auto Care, I knew I had come to the right place. Sam went out of his way to make sure my car was fixed as quickly as possible and took very good care of me while I waited. He made me coffee and made sure I was ok during the entire time I was there. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and treated me like we were lifelong friends. Being a woman, traveling on my own, I felt very safe while I waited. They even checked other things on my car to make sure everything was good and I wouldn't have any more problems on my way back to Arkansas.
