I took my Expedition in to get it looked at because CarMax’s shop was booked for awhile, and they were really quick to diagnose the issue and give me an estimate after reaching out to the extended warranty company. Sam was really helpful along the entire process and explained each step thoroughly, and their mechanics worked on the vehicle fairly quickly considering the job my SUV needed. The owner even followed up to ensure the work was done well. I’ll definitely use them again.
