*edit after reply* I use to be a delivery driver taking parts here, I've always had good experiences with them. I live locally and always want to support local shops, if I can't do it with my dollar yet, I'll do it with a review.

I've taken several of our cars to Southend Auto and am always really pleased with the service. The staff is friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable. The work they do is professional and I know I can trust whatever they do for us. They give an honest assessment and don't try to come up with repairs that aren't necessary. They will go the extra mile to make sure we are satisfied. I've lived in Federal Way for over 20 years and have tried several different shops around town. I was never happy with the work done or how I was treated as a customer. Trust is the most important thing when we've needed work done and the only shop I trust is Southend Auto.

Went for normal service requested for a check on my starter and they did a good job

Great shop full of professionals. I usually perform all work on my truck, but for certain projects you just need a good mechanic. These guys are great mechanics and did an excellent job working on my truck's engine. I will be back.

Only place that would take me without an appointment. Friendly, thorough, and very fair priced. Helped me when nobody else would! My new repair shop from now on. Sam and Mark are amazing!
