Sam, Mark and crew provide excellent services and are most efficient and courteous, crew members I’ve ever come in contact with in auto repairs! Not only is the service excellent, the workmanship and results of repairing my car of brakes, oil leak and solving and installing an accurator device was great, at a reasonable price! I’ve been bringing my Honda Civic(s) to Southend for the last 7+ years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Mark and Sam are always professional, knowledgeable, honest, and upfront about the repairs/maintenance my car needs. They have also been very accurate about estimating costs and the amount of time the work will take; and I’ve always been notified of any unforeseen costs prior to being charged. Also, they are always willing to take the extra time to explain how and why particular work needs to be done, and do so in a way that is understandable and aboveboard. I always leave feeling like all my questions have been answered. Their pricing is reasonable, especially considering the high quality work. All of the repairs/maintenance work is done right the first time, and I’ve never been left with any unresolved issues- they get it done right the first time, in a timely fashion. Overall, I would highly recommend Southend for any type of work that they offer. The people that work there are genuine, kind, and definitely know their stuff!

On Memorial Day I was stranded on I-5 because my alternator broke down. The employee (on his day off) not only opened the shop up to take my car, he offered me a ride to the shop.

One of the best if not the best shops I’ve been to. Friendly, helpful, and honest. They will tell you what needs to be done and what can wait. Saving you money down the line by not having to change something too early. Very knowledgeable and tried to do their best to keep money in my pocket. Highly recommended.

Everyone there is friendly and professional. The price quoted for the service I scheduled is the one I paid after completion, no surprises. Their shuttle option allowed me to wait at home while my car was serviced. They made taking car of my car quick and easy. Thank you!

Sam at the front counter was amazing. My car started having problems on the way to the airport and he fit me in and got me back on the road in no time. Super friendly. Highly recommend.

Came here to get my alternator replaced. I called ahead of time, scheduled an appointment and the part was ordered ahead of time for me. I was given an estimated time frame and they honored that. Will definitely be a returning customer.
