This has been the best auto so experience that I’ve ever had. Sam and James have been such a pleasure to work with! I’ve never trusted an auto shop, and have always had my dad work on our vehicles but this repair required more work. Thankful to have found them and now have a trusted mechanic to work on our vehicles for years to come.

I normally go to CarMax for service but they were closed. I had to schedule through CarMax and based on the reviews I read I selected Southend Auto care even though they weren’t the closest location to me. The staff was very nice and friendly. The service wasn’t fast I was there nearly 2 hours but it’s only because of the fact they were short staffed. Due to covid19, I can understand this. When reading reviews prior to this experience, a lot of people noted fast and friendly service. They did do a good job and I’m sure the service would have been faster if we weren’t in the pandemic that we are in. I wouldn’t have even scheduled this service but I still have to work and my car needed it. With that being said, I would highly recommend them still because they were knowledgeable and friendly. They apologized for the delay and kept me informed on my cars status. I appreciated that. I give them five stars!!! If I need work in the future, I will be bringing my car back to this location. I would also recommend their service to family and friends and anyone really who is looking for recommendations. It’s hard to find good quality places these days, but I would say they have that factor.

I dropped off my vehicle for some preventative maintenance. I was greeted promptly by Sam and he gave me an estimated time for pick up. I arrived at pick up time and the vehicle was ready. The cost was reasonable and a complimentary vehicle inspection was performed.

They are very attentive to your needs and keep you informed on all aspects of of the repair in my case the part came in defective so their tack made the part and saved me a considerable amount of money

They treated me with respect they were concerned with my time and would call me with updates when they said they would. Sam was great and I feel was honest. They had my vehicle for two weeks and they fixed several of the major systems in my car. It runs like new. I thank god I went to Southend Auto it was the best car repair experience I have every had.

Southend Auto Care provided excellent service to my 2012 Chey Equinox. My father told me about this shop and they were able to fix the problem. They are professional Christian shop that fixed my problems on my car and also recommended some services. Their prices are very reasonable.
