I was very pleased with the friendly customer service - Sam and Mark are both great. Also really appreciated the discount I received because I wasn't made aware that my car now needs full synthetic oil before the service - they initiated the discount that I didn't even ask for. I also heard them honoring other customers service guaranty situations, and again, Sam was terrific dealing with those people.

I brought my truck in for a routine oil change. I waited while the service was performed. The service was performed efficiently and a free inspection was performed. I left the shop with the piece of mind that my vehicle was in good working order. The staff was friendly and courteous.

As an employee of the company I'm not sure I'm allowed to leave a review. If I was allowed to leave a review I would say Southend Auto Care has above-average service and excellent technicians.

We started using Southend Auto Care more than 10 years ago for our Subaru Forester. We sold the car to my son and daughter-in-law 5 years ago and recently bought it back. It needed work on brakes, rear wheel bearing, cooling system hoses and oil change. We did no hesitate to take it make to Mark and his crew at Southend for diagnosis and repair. The car is back in good shape and at a great price.

I come here for all my automotive needs. The guys here are very friendly and professional and either give me a loaner car or a ride to work every time I'm getting work done.

We took our car back to address a warranty issue. The timing belt was making a noise. They were courteous, and promptly fixed the issue and honored their warranty. I recommend this place to anyone.

Got oil changed for both my cars. One needed cleaning of rear brakes and replacement of oil filter. The other one didn't need anything else this time. In both cases, I was advised of services that will eventually be needed. This is where they add the most value, as I wish to hold on to these cars as long as possible.
