Shoutout to Sam and everyone else here at Southend who helped fix the fuel pump on my car. Called the night my car stopped working and Sam said to bring it in the next day even though I didn't have an appointment which was great as I have to use my car throughout the day for work and they got it fixed by the next day. Super fast and really good service which in my experience is hard to come by. I felt like I could trust Sam and the business to not screw me over. Definitely feel confident to come back here again in the future if/when my car has a problem.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Sam, Mark, and his team did an amazing job helping my Mustang get back on the road. Without them I would of easily spent thousands on repairs. Great customer service and accurate diagnosis, worth every penny. One of the things that “wowed” me is that there was always someone picking up the phone after the first ring. Most places leave you hanging or sends you to VM. I really appreciated this. I have family and friends in the area and will not hesitate to recommend Southend Auto Care.

Finding a mechanic you can trust can be hard. Finding one that can also take care of imported cars is even harder. We are so glad we found Southend! They took good care of our car and us including providing a shuttle and keeping us informed each step of the way as they worked on our car. Took my Porsche Cayenne in for new front brake rotors, pads and sensors. My appointment was for 10AM on Friday morning. I arrived and they were ready for me. Everything went as planned. No problems and out on time. I appreciate their work ethic.

We took our SUV in for it's oil change and lube. While it was in the shop, they found that one of the belts was cracking and slipping slightly..They did not pressure us to have the belt fixed right away, and we greatly appreciated their candor. We did end up having them replace the belt, as it would save us money in the long run. They returned out car clean and ready with in the estimated completed time.

Been bringing my vehicles for maintenance for 10+ years. Despite moving a distance away, I still bring my cars to this shop. One of the cars still runs at 265K miles and I give them credit for that. Efficient turnaround times, their rates seem fair and I trust their recommendations on next steps. I don’t want to go anywhere else.
