I want to just say that the customer service I received from both the owner Mark and employee Sam were wonderful. I scheduled an oil change appt on there web site and followed up with a phone call. Once I talked to Mark he pulled up my scheduled appt and asked of I could change times because he was short handed. Long story short he made a way for me to keep my scheduled appt. Once I took my car in for service I met Sam. I asked questions about what services were going to be done and he explained in great details exactly what would be done. He has great customer service skills. He had phone call after phone call but handled talking to me as well answering all the phone calls with great professionalism. If you're looking for great service as well as great customer service skills I would highly recommend Southend Auto Care.

Employee name Sam was "VERY FRIENDLY". I took my car in to get a oil change. After my car was complete I questioned him about my car's service and he was "VERY HONEST". He told me there was nothing wrong and even complemented me for taking good care of my car. He could have lied like the last 2 shops I've done business with. I highly recommend this shop to anyone that is looking for "VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE & HONESTY".

Took my suv in for an inspection because my front had been shaking really bad. Was worried that it was going to be a major fix but ended up only being a tire issue. These guys were great. I was told my car would be done in one day, but the mechanic accidentally broke a part that had to brought in from Portland. So next day it didn't get done and on the third day, Sam said it would be ready by 11 and I went up there at 11 and it wasn't ready till after 1pm. They were nice and gave me a discount on the service. I guess my biggest complaint was on the misinformation about when it would be ready. The repairs were great and the people are alway friendly.

My car has sat for over a year and I had tried everything I could think of to fix it. I took it in and they had it in and out of the shop with a quick turn around. They also saved my 450 dollars in the process. I have used them multiple times great shop! I won’t take any of my cars anywhere else!

I took my car there for the first time after I had failed an omission test on my Nissan. I left there pleased with the service. We live in Federal Way but have our cars serviced in Burien. While waiting I chatted with another customer who had been coming there for several years. I ask her who she would rate her service work. She gave them a five star rating. We will now consider changing to Southend. As we are older it is nice to drive and stay closer to home. Good job Southend👍

These guys have been great. The owner sends you texts to check in now and then, which is helpful for me to stop and think about things I might need to take care of, since I have a tendency to forget about vehicle maintenance until something bad happens.
