I had the unfortunate incident with my car breaking down. It was towed to this amazing facility based on my insurance company's recommendation. My interactions with Mark and Sam were very impressive. They always communicated with me about the progress of my repairs. It was not running on Monday and today (Friday) I have it back. I highly recommend this shop for all your automotive needs! My Chrysler 200 is happy and on the road again just in time for the holidays! Thanks guys.

Awesome shop and people. Had my mom's van at buckys for 3 days they couldn't figure out what's wrong. Paid their diagnostic fee of course. Took it to these guys they found the problem, fixed it, and got my mom's van back to her the very next day. My whole family takes their car here now. Trevor's the man!🍻💯

I just left a review but I wanted to add the personal review to my original one. I took my Jeep in there with a few issues my warranty company needed this and that and this some more lol My car was there for over 100 days thanks to the UAW strike waiting on my differential, ughh Sam fought the fight and went the distance to get it done!! We waited 3 months for a differential but thankfully we finally got it and Sam and Trevor made the magic happen and I got my car back before Christmas!! These guys are truly the best they know what they are doing and they do the job right!! I won't trust my Jeep anyone else!! They are AMAZING!!!

I brought my vehicle into the shop for a transmission fluid leak. The shop spent some time diagnosing where the leak was coming from. They found the source and repaired the vehicle. Sam did a great job keeping me informed about my vehicle status. It took a little longer to get parts by that was out of the control of the shop. I now have the piece-of-mind that I can drive my vehicle without worrying about the potential damage a leak like this could cause. I recommend this shop to others who need major vehicle repairs and want to do business with a trusted shop.

Extraordinary experience! Southend Auto Care will be my go-to for repairs that I can't do myself. They repaired our front suspension under what was quoted. They don't mark up prices on parts and don't do any work that they don't think you need. We had arranged financing, and when the finance company tried to change the interest rate, Sam stepped in and made it right. A few days after the repair, the owner, Mark, called to make sure we were satisfied with the work. This place is a class act! There aren't many auto repair places like this. You owe it to yourself to see them first when you need auto repairs.
