Recent experience was oil change and air filter along with a "peace of mind" inspection, and free vacuum. They were pretty busy so it took a little longer than expected, but was not a problem. Mike did update me on why the delay. I could have made arrangements for a loaner car or been shuttled home if necessary. Have used Southend Auto several times. They are pleasant to work with, seem attentative to details and always take the time to answer questions regarding their work or recommendations. Mike patiently explained the details that would be involved in repairing the few things they think I need to address at some point in the future, along with the costs, which they are very up-front about. I appreciate the fact they do not try to "hard sale" you work, but instead just give you a picture of the over-all needs and condition of your car. I know I will be using their services again.
