The integrity of this auto shop is unmatchable! John is such a kind and nice guy to work with! They have worked on both our family vehicles multiple times, often working with warranty issues and all the results have been amazing! I took my 2012 Ford Focus to South End Auto because of a rear main seal failure that had been found when having my brakes replaced elsewhere. They performed the work I needed plus took care of a few other items for around $600 less than the previous low quote. On top of that, they loaned me a vehicle while my car was being serviced and kept me updated. Mike and the rest of the staff were friendly, polite, and easy to work with.

John took the time to explain items that mechanics found during a free but thorough diagnostic evaluation and stated possible outcomes if not repaired. He also ranked them in terms of priority and urgency. Phone calls were made to keep me apprised of the findings and status of repair. Presented with the options, I was able to make an informed decision on what repairs to make. Mike was also very helpful in shuttling me to work while car was in the shop. You can expect great service, timely communication and fair pricing when your car is serviced at this shop.
