I would like to say that I have had excellent service for 18 years, A week before the appointment I started having trouble starting my car, so I stopped by and had my battery checked, I was told by the lobby male, he told me my battery was fine,then two days later, I couldn't start the car and had to have the battery replaced, then the lobby man didn't tell me until the appointment was over that the brake fluid needed to be flushed and that I needed to make another appointment, it would have been much easier to have it done that day, also I asked to have the anti rodent sack changed, he informed me after checking the computer that it was changed in January 2018, I knew that wasn't true, he acted like I didn't know what I was talking about, well then he actually read that it was changed in January 2017, I would like as little contact as possible, he gives me the willies
