Needed a headlight replaced. They got me in on very short notice, close to closing time and took less than 15 minutes to get the headlight replaced so I could get to my destination with 2 working headlights. Reasonable charge and so hospitable. Always fresh flowers on the counter too, by the way.

They make it a point to diagnose your problem and provide a repair. I have been very pleased with Mark Hanson's, owner, philosophy about making your experience a very rewarding one and treating you, the customer, with the highest most respect. He details with you the findings of his diagnosis and the analysis performed to correct the problem found. He is very honest and very knowledgeable in handling all auto repair problems.

This is a well-run company that has earned my business. Last week, I appreciated that a mechanic was available to complete an oil change at the start of the day so that I could avoid the typical traffic congestion later in the day. In looking at my invoice, though, I saw that at least one out-of-date service recommendations was still included. Previously, after another recent visit, I was asked by phone whether the timing belt had been replaced, and I said another shop replaced it. Apparently the company's computer system was not updated to reflect this, as the subsequent invoice for the oil change still included a recommendation to replace the timing belt. It is helpful to see service recommendations. It is more helpful when they are kept current. For the benefit of all customers, it would be helpful to pay greater attention to updating service recommendations when a customer shares that some recommended work has been done elsewhere.
