I arrived at the shop near closing time. The staff took the time to listen to my concerns and provide quick service to get me back on the road. I didn't feel rushed or an inconvenience to the staff. I appreciate their service.

We always have a good experience with Southend Auto. Their prices are fair, they are honest and trustworthy and the service is always fast and friendly. We've never had a problem with our vehicles when they are repaired and serviced by this business.

Great availability setup, communication & pre-service estimate. Window regulator P & L covered under 2 year guarantee. No issue was found at time of service, however 2 days later, issue has reoccured... plan on returning to demonstrate & setup repair.
