Southend Auto spent a great deal of time trying to determine the cause of an issue with my older Acura. While our car was with them for a number of days, they provided us with a free loaner. Their communication was clear and timely and the charge for their services was very reasonable. I was very impressed with their operation, and I endorse them wholeheartedly.
