Jim said the staff at this business do great work. He appreciates everything and they treat him very well. Unfortunately, they were unable to resolve the problem completely but he knows for a fact they did their best trying to resolve the issue. He was told to bring his vehicle back at anytime and they will attempt to correct anything that is necessary.

I was referred to Southend Auto Care by a friend from church. My car failed it's initial emissions test with 3 error codes. They replaced my O2 sensor (the lesser of the 3 codes) so I could get an emissions waiver in order to get my tabs. The other 2 codes refer to the CAT, however instead of suggesting I just go ahead & replace it, they gave me other less expensive options to diagnose & determine the true problem. They were very friendly & professional. I felt like I was being taken care of, instead of being taken advantage of because I'm a girl. I would definitely take my car there again.
