I contacted Mark late on Thursday a told him about the problems I was having, he told me that I could drop it off Friday morning. Unfortunately I had some personal issues that I had to take care of and unable to leave my car that Friday. It actually took me to the following Tuesday till I was able to drop my car off. They were very good about working around my schedule. The customer service is blue chip from Mark the owner Mike the service manager and Matt the shuttle driver. I do have to say that you only problem I had was in regards to a diagnostic charge that I felt was a little unclear. Mark found out that I felt the charge for the diagnostic was Bogus, and that other than that the service and work was excellent. When Mark found out about my disappointment he contacted and apologized f the misunderstanding about the charges. He offered to refund the $45.00. which was very fair. I also got a oil change which I believe was very fair for a top of the line synthetic $69.00 Kendall great oil. Commicate and be upfront with these folks. Thank you Mark for stepping up beyond my expectations. Feel safe going to Southend they are fair and trustworthy. Peace of mind maintenance. Thanks again Mark Mike and Matt
