We have been going to Southend Auto for a few years now. From oil changes to brakes. Always friendly and reliable! They even offer loaner cars, a life saver.

I had taken my car in for an oil change and an additional part that needed to be replaced. They found other issues Including transmission mounts that were sagging, that needed work on. A quote for everything was emailed quickly. Caleb was able to give a really fair price after working with the vendor. AND they had my car done by the next day with everything finished! Mark and Sam are always a pleasure to work with as well. Very much a thorough finish no hassal job! I recommend Southend Auto Care to anyone and everyone! Absolute Great Job Guys! They always go above and beyond. I couldn't find a ride home, they called an Uber for me. Sam is so accommodating and helpful! Have been coming here for 20 years, it will be 20 more for sure! Repairs are always guaranteed and done in a timely manner with no surprise costs tacked on later. Always fair and above reproach in their business dealings.

I can’t say enough about how great this shop treated me. Let me start by saying I have a 64 impala that I daily drive and it suddenly sprang a large oil leak, I went to two shops in the area and was told they were too busy to help me, meanwhile my car was bleeding oil. I called south end auto care and spoke with the owner Mark and he not only agreed to help me but stayed late to receive my car from the tow truck. Mark even went as far as to give me a ride home. You can’t ask for better people. They have a tech that did the work to my car and not only did he fix the problem but went the extra mile and fixed/ adjusted things I didn’t ask for free of charge. Sam, the service writer was friendly, patient, and communicative the whole way with me as I was really stressed out. So in closing, if you are like me and want to support local shops that are run by genuinely kind people that have your back along with providing not only timely expert auto service as well as excellent customer service, don’t take your vehicle anywhere but Southend auto care.
